1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and kstar99 ("Platform", "we", "our"). This Agreement governs your use of the kstar99 website, including all services, games, functions, features, and content available on it.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the kstar99 platform, you legally confirm that you have read, fully understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms stated here, please stop using this platform immediately.

2. User Eligibility

3. Account Registration and Management

All information provided during the registration process must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Users are responsible for ensuring their account information is kept current and reflects their actual details. Information found to be false or misleading may result in account termination.

Password and Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. kstar99 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in protecting your login details.

Identity Verification

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure, kstar99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents, including a copy of a valid national identity card (MyKad) or passport. These documents are required before withdrawals above a certain amount or when unusual activity is detected on an account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

kstar99 accepts deposits through a variety of secure and convenient payment methods for Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC, and ETH. The minimum deposit amount for each method is RM10.

• All deposits are processed quickly depending on the payment method selected;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction;
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 hour after verification is complete;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the kstar99 account holder;
• kstar99 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals for security review or KYC verification purposes if necessary;
• kstar99 does not charge any fees for standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Programme

All bonuses and promotions offered by kstar99 are subject to their own specific terms and conditions. Users are advised to read the terms of each promotion carefully before claiming any offer.

Welcome Bonus

kstar99 offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. For example, if you deposit RM100, you receive a RM100 bonus bringing your balance to RM200, with a wagering requirement of RM100 × 15 = RM1,500 to be met before a withdrawal of the bonus funds is permitted. For a deposit of RM3,200, a maximum bonus of RM1,500 is given, bringing the balance to RM4,700, with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 15 = RM22,500.

• The wagering requirement is calculated based on 15 times the bonus amount received, not the deposit;
• Bonuses are only valid for use within the time period specified in each respective offer;
• kstar99 reserves the right to void a bonus if fraud, abuse, or a breach of terms is detected;
• Users who register multiple accounts to claim bonuses will have all claims voided without prior notice.

VIP Programme

kstar99 rewards user loyalty through a four-tier VIP programme: Bronze with weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.6%, Gold up to 0.9%, and Platinum up to 1.2%. 6. Game Rules

All games offered on the kstar99 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, Teen Patti, and horse racing — are subject to their respective game rules as set by the game developers and platform providers.

• Game results produced by the system are final and cannot be disputed unless a verified technical error has occurred;
• Any technical error that occurs during a game session will be resolved in accordance with kstar99's internal procedures and the platform's decision is final;
• Bets placed with insufficient funds in the account will be automatically cancelled;
• kstar99 is not responsible for internet service disruptions on the user's end that affect game results;
• The use of third-party software, bots, or any automation tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination.

7. Prohibited User Behaviour

Users of the kstar99 platform are required to conduct themselves appropriately. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination without a refund:

• Fraud, manipulation, or any action intended to exploit system vulnerabilities;
• Money laundering or using the platform for unlawful financial activities;
• Registering an account under another person's name or using false identity information;
• Harassment, threats, or abusive language directed at support staff or other users;
• Attempting to breach kstar99's systems, databases, or security infrastructure;
• Misuse of any bugs or technical vulnerabilities — users who discover a bug must report it to the support team.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The kstar99 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties except as expressly stated in this Agreement. kstar99 is not liable for losses arising from:

• Platform disruptions or unavailability due to system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control;
• Financial losses incurred during play that result from legitimate game outcomes;
• Actions by third parties including payment providers or game developers;
• Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

kstar99's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

kstar99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of terms, suspicious activity, or for legal compliance reasons. Users may also request to close their own account by contacting our customer support.

In cases of termination due to a user's breach of terms, the account balance may be forfeited. For voluntary closure at the user's request, any valid balance will be returned after a review is completed, subject to wagering requirements having been met.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

kstar99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on this platform. Users will be notified of material changes through their registered communication channels.

It is the user's responsibility to review the updated terms. Continued use of the kstar99 platform after any amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, please stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
